At CARDINAL, every garment is intentionally produced in limited quantities and undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding sizing or product details, our team is happy to assist before you place your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officialcardinalwear@gmail.com

Your email should include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

If, after review, we determine that the item has a manufacturing defect or that we made an error with your order, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the item, subject to availability; or
Provide an appropriate resolution where a replacement is not possible.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may incur additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
