At CARDINAL, every order is produced specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain a more intentional approach to production.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer. If this occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Australia

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

CARDINAL is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at officialcardinalwear@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Where appropriate, we will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders, including shipments to Canada and Australia, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
